1. WHAT IS H2?
The H2 smart home product family is the perfect start to a connected home. Our growing product portfolio includes a multitude of different sensors in the categories of health & living, security and energy, all connected by a single app. All devices can be accessed remotely via an optional cloud connection. This way, it is possible to check up on your home from anywhere in the world. Due to their compact footprint and reduced design, our sensors blend seamlessly into any interior style.
2. WHAT CAN I DO WITH IT?
H2 Smart Home devices gather data from the environment to keep you informed, wherever you are. H2 Smart Home devices help to secure your home by notifying you if something suspicious occurs. Be aware of the conditions in your home environment and learn how to improve the well-being of your loved ones. Be sure that all your devices are turned off when you are not at home. The H2 app can access all this information.
The best way to get started with automation in your home is with the H2 Smart Home Starter Kit. Download the app from The Google Play Store or Apple store and follow the simple setup instructions. 3. DO I NEED ALL THE PRODUCTS?
The primary control device of the H2 Smart Home system is H2 Gateway. It is necessary to have H2 Gateway to control all H2 Smart Home products.
4. WHAT DOES THE H2 SMART HOME STARTER KIT INCLUDE?
The H2 Smart Home Starter Kit offers you all the equipment you need to get started with your smart home: a gateway, a temperature, pressure and humidity sensor, and a window and door control.
The H2 Starter Kit is easy to install, easy to use and easily expandable with additional H2 products. For more information on how to install a starter kit, please check the Starter Kit page.
5. IS IT POSSIBLE TO COMBINE DIFFERENT PRODUCTS?
All products in the H2 smart home family can be easily integrated into your H2 Smart Home system.

8. HOW DO I CONNECT A PRODUCT WITH THE H2-APP?
Download the H2 Smart home app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store, then follow these simple steps to install your smart home system:
- Register your account by providing a username, password and your email address.
- Register your devices by scanning the QR code from the manual provided with your H2 smart home product.
- Wait a few minutes and measurements will start to appear on your app
9. HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN HAVE ACCESS TO THE SAME APP ACCOUNT?
There is no limit to the number of users that can have access to your H2 smart home system with the same app account. Please be aware that a user can share H2 Smart Home information with friends and family by sending them invitations from their H2 app account.
10. CAN SEVERAL USERS CONNECT WITH THE SAME H2 GATEWAY?
One H2 Gateway can be registered only per one user account. User is able to share his information with Friends and Family, by sending them invitation through H2 App. Please click on Menu and chose option Friends in H2 App.
11. CAN I CONTROL MY PRODUCTS REMOTELY?
Your H2 Smart Home system can be controlled remotely from any location. The smart home system helps you to keep an eye on your home wherever you are.
12. WHAT HAPPENS IF MY INTERNET CONNECTION GOES OFF?
A drop in connection will not affect your H2 Smart Home, as soon as the internet connection comes back, you will see all your data in the app. At the moment, we are working on improvements to our system and you will soon be able to see data in the app even though an internet connection is not available.
13. IS H2 SMART HOME SYSTEM SAFE?
H2 Smart Home solution is a highly secure smart home system. All your data is encrypted with secure protocols.
14. DO I HAVE TO UPDATE MY PRODUCTS?
All our products are automatically updated, so there is no need for any additional action from the user.
15. WHAT WARRANTY DO THE PRODUCTS HAVE?
All H2 Smart Home products come with a 2-year warranty.
16. I WANT TO RETURN MY H2 SMART HOME SET!

17. HOW LONG IS THE LIFETIME OF THE BATTERY IN A DEVICE?
The expected battery life of the products varies depending on product type; batteries generally last between 1.5 and 2 years under normal use. For more information on a specific product, please refer to the product page or product manuals. The H2 Smart Home app will inform you when a battery is low and in need of replacement.
18. WHAT IS THE RADIO RANGE OF H2 SMART HOME DEVICES?
H2 Smart Home products have a radio range of 30 meter in an indoor environment and a 100 meter outdoor environment range.
19. CAN I USE H2 SMART HOME WITH MY NEW SMARTPHONE?
Yes! Just install the H2 Smart Home app in your new phone and log in with your user account. You will be able to see your H2 Smart Home intelligence data immediately on your new phone.
